Been out of town for a day or two and just got back in tonight. (Work related stuff gets in the way!).

Thanks so much for the kind words and pats on the back about my blog. It is true us Idahoans need to stick together fish after fish after fish!

I try to watch some of my stats daily as it has helped me on a few occasions. For example, if a googler is looking for something that is fishing related then it definitely helps when searching for ideas on what to blog about.

Isn't it funny, being so enmeshed in technology to write about nature?

I'm grateful for my blog's topic. My computer seduces me every day, stealing hours and sunlight from me before I know what's happened, but by golly, I have to get out once in a while if I want to tell any hunting stories!

It was funny - on my pig hunting trip with The Hog Blog and Hunting with Jim, I really wanted to blog at the end of the first day because I wanted to share some of the really cool things I'd seen. But we had no electricity and no connections to cell phone, much less web connection, so I had to just leave those memories in my mushy little brain. Wah!

Thanks for the props. It is always interesting to see who is looking at your site and how they arrived there. It leaves you puzzled sometimes that is for sure.

I'm glad you enjoy our blog. Just knowing that one person reads it makes it all worth while to me.
